Put in two sperate doors you will never be sorry actually think you can probally buy two smaller doors cheaper anyways, other wise you will always be driving in at an angle, next thing put in a floor drain no matter the cost someday it will be a huge mess if you don't, third unless you plan on working on stuff, laying on the floor and such don't bother with floor heat, unless you are doing the I things I listed before it is a very expensive way to heat (cost up front I mean) for just keeping the the garage warm you can install a small electric or propane heater in the corner of the garage for a fraction of the cost of floor heat I have a 28x44 gargage with 3 10' doors and all I have is a 7500 watt electric heater in the corner and it will keeep it 60 degrees out there even in the cooldest of weather including driving in 2 cold vehicles it only took about 45min to catch up.
