Subject: Re: Land Values....

whats so different???? we have outside investors in now buying like the farmers of the 70's... but they think its going to keep goin up up up up up....... rent can only go so high...... same as 70's, just investors now and a few farmers.

"I rent from a few investors", "it is what they think."

I rather rent, then farm it for nothing for 30 years paying payments. or own high price land and watch it fall. with renting it from investors i can get out of it in a short amount of time.

Plus i dont have the capital to buy land but i can rent land. ties up less capital. "more return on investment at the end of day" "For me"

If land prices start falling u bet they will sell like they do the stock market and go somewhere else.
"they wont go broke but will sell and run to something else."

Just my opinon.

each to their own.

1/3 of my ground is outside investor's, rest is owned or rented from retired farmers.
