the big vs small thing...If you run a semi to the plant, there can be a lot less buyers the company has to pay to buy hogs...After reading that, semi loads at a time doesnt seem like a lot to some, but some small producers do bring pigs in by the gooseneck load. Just a guess on why small producers would get less?
