But isn't the intent of the law to prevent small vs big disparities? Or is that just a smoke screen? Does cargill really want to control all the packing on the planet? Does that make sense? Is the intent of cargill/who ever to gain nearly 100% market share and then have laws made so no one else can compete? I can't imagine that surviving politically?
