Subject: Re: Who is REALLY buying Wheat Futures??

I have long dealt with the CFTC & their position reports...they are a 'picky bunch' & have long experience in sniffing out any 'games' in the grain & livestock futures....the boys I have dealt with take their task seriously.

As of the last COT....small specs are still too short, except in MPLS....the funds have been into KC for a few weeks...& we are entering a seasonal whereby chicago gathers steam versus KC....large traders were still too short in chgo...funds were just getting started.

Also, check the ETF's...as relatively new to the process....GCC GRU JGG we may pick up the more conservative players in those vehicles due to a lack of margin calls except poor leverage.

I've 'rid' this horse before...the world plus now the hot money boys...can really grab ahold if they choose....in the 1970's deal a lot of the big players also bought actuals in addition to futures due to the lower position limits....

We may be into a deal where you won't need to apply spurs to this horse.
