Locally, a lot of farmers sold all of their wheat as the price went over $4/bu.  I know for a fact from being on a COOP board, elevators have bought close to 60% of this year's crop.

I am still trying to figure this marketing year out.  It is starting out very similar to the runup in 2007, only with a higher basis out here in the boonies.
