North Central Kansas | Neighbor told me that COOP to the west had bought 75% of the wheat crop. That kind of surprised me, but I guess all the marketing guys saying their is no upside potential led people to believe it. I have been holding steady but I am getting close to pulling the trigger. I had one contract that I filled at harvest from 2008 that netted $8.15. Wish I would have done more back then. Have been looking pretty hard at pricing new crop beans, corn, milo and wheat. | |
