NW Kansas | Its not the fact that his bull got and in with mine that does not bother me one bit. Its the fact that he couldnt have least called and told me when he first found out so I could go out there right away to check the fence. I had to fix the fence when he got in there so I new it would have to fix again. I dont get the luxury of checking my cows everyday so the fence could have down for up to a day and a half. Cattle getting out or cattle getting out does not bother as long as its not all the time like another neighbor I have its the fact of no communication. Lack of communication is usually the root of nieghborly becoming unnieghborly disasters.
