Subject: Re: bunker or flat pad

Pine City, MN
The asphalt is 3in thick on a very well packed base... The first asphalt we did was in 2000 bauerly's (now red rock) or something there huge outfit did it... When we did our second pad bauerly's was to busy so we went with a local outfit and they do equal good work.. Now they done our 3rd and 4th pads..
I'm in Pine City long ways from swmn... I agree with the road deal, but with the pad we have zero cracks and the only marks are from the defacer... we drive on the edge all the time and it still hasn't broke a way.. As far as cost asphalt 100% done labor everything is the same cost as just the cement... No labor nothing... We are cement people also we poured all our barn's and grain bin slabs our self... We got cement everywhere except under our feed....
