Well, .......... my wife had dairy goats. they can be very aggravating. For her part she enjoyed them very much. Fencing, very good fencing is the main thing. I have only seen 2 types of fences that keep them in. Good woven wire, backed up by 2 hot wires, one knee high and another on top. The other was calf/hog panels with lots of T-posts. Start your project from the finished end of your product, then work back. It's real easy to get the goats and put of buildings and equipment. You need the market first. cheese making is not as easy as it would sound. You might try to find someone who already is doing it and go learn from them. Good luck.
