| Ditto on the nasal rinse. I also take Allegra D when it's bad. I think the most important thing is to get dust off of you as soon as possible. You don't want to blow air filters in the morning then go work all day with all that dust all over your clothes or in your hair. If possible, arrage it so that you do dusty stuff last and then go take a shower. I know it's not always possible, but the less exposure the better. | |
