nc IA | I just started doing a homemade saline nasal rinse in the AM with a shower really helps clear out all the junk from overnight that seems to buildup when I've got a bad spell. Have the patenol drops as well, but found a over the counter one that gets the job done 95% of the time for me anyway. A dash of salt in to a plastic 10ml syringe (without the needle!!!! ) :) filled with warm water. | |
