As I said above, it might work in perfect conditions.  But go to and area that has trees all the way around the field where you are continuously loosing and adding satellites.  It will not work there.  We have also been in a 2-3 year period of low sun spots.  That is about to end.  You are going to see WAAS accuracy degrade seriously as sun spot activity picks up.
