I've made some in the past. Been awhile though. Made some Cheddar once about 5 or 6 years ago, aged it 6 months in the basement, came out pretty good.
http://www.cheesemaking.com/ Is a good place to get supplies. For starters, get their 30 minute Mozzarella kit, you'll be amazed how easy it is to make really good cheese.
Anyone here into cheesemaking?
