North Mo. | yep that's pretty much it. I used to and it always seemed to push in, so I have concentrated by efforts at breeding and having more than 1 forage for cattle to eat. This year I am trying a new mineral program, free choice system ,which I will comment about after more time using it. I will say so far only 1 cow has pinkeye in 1 herd of 80 pairs and 18 yr heifers that is on it and she was a purchasd Hereford 3 years ago. In the other herd pinkeye is well established. I am not about to say the mineral is the reason so far, more likely luck. Ben | |
