I've got one set of cows here at home, not even a watery eye, perfect. Dad's cattle a few miles north are the same way. Another group of cattle several miles south has pinkeye TERRIBLE. Worst I've ever had it. Management practices as far as fly control, mineral, etc, are pretty much the same. All groups have other herds of cattle nearby.
What's the deal with pinkeye?
