Eastern NC | I used to enjoy building and flying R/C airplanes and I learned about a product that would release super glue. I have had several times that I glued two fingers together or glued a piece of balsa wood to my finger and this stuff works. It will just dissolve the glue almost immediately. I have no idea what it will do to carpet but the way I see it your carpet is ruined, might as well give this a try and see what happens. This might be the easy way and if not go to plan B.
