I think the technical term is "screwed' My experience with Super Glue has been once it dries, especially on a textile like cloth or carpet, your chances of getting it out are slim. Acetone might work, but it might also affect the carpet. And once the Super Glue is dry acetone is not nearly as effective.
How do I get super glue off my carpet?
