| There has to be a filter in front of the modem also...........ussually the filters have two ports.............one marked DSL and the other marked for phones................lately ATT only sends one for the DSL and the rest only have a phone port............maybe you already have one there, but you didnt mention it. I filter mine at the box and run a dedicated CAT5 line from there to the computer room.
