Subject: Siring better calves

Driftless SW Wisconsin

Tim,

One of the things I like about this bull is that he seems to sire calves that are BETTER than he is - Here is one of his bull calves born 3-21-10 so he's about 7 weeks old. Thank you for the kind words. Not fishing for compliments on my bull just tired of hearing people telling me my cattle need to be black...! Wink

Right now I'm sure my bull would love to meet your cows! He feels like he is in solitary confinement - still all by himself but handling it ok so far. I just haven't got anybody to put in with him that doesn't mess up my system. Next year I will hold a steer back from harvest to keep him company. He even seems happy to see me.
