Millet in the fall ( was tall as the top of a 4430 cab ).

Nice stuff.
But talk about long stuff that I simply did not think anything would eat much of.
SOO figured OK, use it when it's below 0 and they'll chew on some, bed down etc.

JEEZ, horses simply loved it, ate every bit put out. And horses are generally pretty picky compared to cattle.

Only thing I can think of, is the stuff must simply have perhaps some extra natural sugar in it, thus great consumption factors no matter when cut.
