New Mexico
Top on grass ( hard grass cure country ) will do 2.5 to 3.

Feedlots, 4 to 4 + would be excellent.

Feed Conversion generally means MUCH more to net profit than ADG.

Example: Cattle converting 5 lbs of feed to 1 lb of gain is alot better than those converting 6 to 7 lbs of the same ration to 1 lb of gain.

Seems like alot of times, the higher gain cattle tend to have the best feed conversion too.
