Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be extremely rare for a calf less than 5 days old to get pneumonia? I always hang them upside down on a fence after I pull one, but don't know if it does any good or not, but can't hurt. If it is pneumonia, I would probably go along with Nuflor, or possibly Draxin.
