north west arkansas | When i pull one thats slow coming out slow i hang the calf upside down and let the fluid drain out of thier lungs it seems to prevent alot of problems later. A good friend of mine told me that he had lost more calves to over treatment than he ever had to under treatment. He passed away a year ago and was in his late seventies and had raised cattle his whole life and the older i get the more i think he was right. I believe that you have to give the medicine time to work, but with that said unfortunately we cant save them all. | |
