Like Roy said get her in a head gate and tie her leg back. You'll prob have to do that awhile till the calf gets strong enough to be agressive on its own with the cow. Or like he said sell the calf they're bringing alot right now anyway, kill cow prices are high too, might save alot of time you don't have any.
