| I hear ya Roy,,,
We dont want the bulls and the veal market only takes so many.
I have a hard time killing a calf that I can get a net $ back on.
The small ones don't pay for the time spent feeding it till sale day. If they are born Thurs. morn. , we have to feed it till Mon.
There are some that get added to the compost and become fertilizer.
John SD, we, (dairymen), thank you for your support, drink up, we'll make more, lol. (that's a problem in itself)
