SE SD | Living in the north and growing up in SD I have always been around cold. I could never handle it the same way my dad or brothers did. A couple years ago I was talking with a guy about this and he told me that my calcium level was more than likely low. I have been taking a calcium powder since then and can definitely say I am warmer. Not sure if all calcium products will work. The one I take is supposed to be a good ration of Ca:P for bones. | |
