South Central Kansas | I wear an undershirt and a cotton long sleeve shirt every day when it's cool or cold. I have several lined flannel shirts and I always wear one outside when it gets cold. Carhart coveralls on top of that most of the time when I need it. Always wear a hat, a long eared on when it's under about 40.
I hate chilly air around my neck so when I need to, I wear a scarf around my neck, sure keeps that cold air out. My fingers can get pretty cold so I keep several pairs of flannel gloves on hand in case they get too dirty or wet. one pair of socks with my Redwing boots, unless its really sloppy or snowing, then I wear my insulated rubber boots.
I can take the cold for a while, wouldn't want to work out in it for hours at a time. | |
