WC Iowa
One thing about it there is always something to complain about and it always brings up (usually) a good discussion, Myself, I don't consider a BTO, but when compared to a good friends who farms 400 acres, maybe to him I am. Our area here is also very competative, and there are several BTO's, I'm talking 4000 acres + Most of them do any excellent job of farming, and some will go to the smaller farmers for help if things get behind, so it's a win-win. Some have landlords come to them first to see if they want to rent their ground, why? IDK, could be the rent$ or the way they take care of the ground and the little things.

Boog, we have a few of the BFO's around here too, that grew allot in the last 3 years, when cash rent is high, will it work with $2 corn
