I have a friend that is considered a BTO in our area. Nicest guy you could meet. Hardly ever see his guys out working that he's not there. Very hands on. He can have all the machinery out working but always has time to stop at the local coffee shop. Probably puts more hours in the field than anyone I know. Very professional when he needs to be. All BTOs are not like many of you think.
