Subject: Re: BTO and new land

I always felt there was a difference. BTO, is someone that farms a lot of ground, usually more than us, but respects his neighbors & land. Only way they rent additional land is if the landowner contacts them first or the tenant tells them they are giving the ground up for whatever reason. I have several friends that I consider to be BTOs & have the upmost respect for them and am proud to call them friends.

On the other hand, IMO, a BFO is someone that will do anything to anyone to get a piece of land. I have seen BFOs screw their own family memebers, even their own children, just to get ahead. His morals are non existent and everything is about "me". They have no consideration for their neighbors other than how to rent their ground away from them. As far as they go, I wouldn't take the time to piss on them if they were on fire.

Fortunately we have more BTOs in this area than BFOs but the few BFOs can make things miserable for the rest.
