Yep, you guys gave good examples. Furniture is bound to be damaged by the time it reaches someone through the freight trucking system . . . Appliances, lighting, cabnets, carpeting ect, ect - all take special handling and Directby doesn't arrange that, just common truck carriers. Service is a huge problem, if you need it, you will not be happy. Most companies have you work with the freight compaies to replace damaged product - that's an experence. Time is money .  . . . As the others have posted, you can find simular deals if you look early, often and around your area. After working 22 yrs in the furniture industry - we got more new customers from Directby when they came to town, then anyother source in those years - from angry customers. . . .
