North West IA/western AZ | If you start finding nail heads when you sand that hardwood, then it's time for the composite. This job was roughly 10x20 and took a long afternoon. My biggest problem was not starting the first run close enough to the wall in one corner (old house, not square). Make sure you have a short wood block and a hammer to tap the pieces together (smack). Also get a good measurement across the room incase you need to rip the first row to make the last row wide enough.
