MW ON | Just like you do, layers. My husband likes to wear the Tough Duck bib coveralls, with a heavy fleece jacket to allow movement. When it gets really cold, he pulls on the insulated coveralls. I found him a few pairs of socks at Cabelas that really keep his feet warm. If you're dressed for the weather, working outdoors can be enjoyable.
My issue with the "kids these days", is walking around in their PJ's. I don't mind for an hour or two in the house, and then it's time to get in the shower and clean up. I saw a 20ish gal in the city the other day, her pink flannel pj's shoved into her boots, and the matching top sticking out of her coat. It looked like she had just crawled out of the crypt, she looked rather slovenly.
