There is nothing like freezing you butt off trying to keep a house warm that you only get to spend a little time in when you arent out freezing gathering up wood! LOL
About the saying. Isnt it something like. Wise Old indian cheif down in river bottom predicts that we are going to have a REALLY REALLY hard winter. ........White man has the bigest wood pile and haystack indian has ever seen!
