Northeast Louisiana | We've been using it for a couple of years now. Works great. Somewhat pricey but I sometimes make a lot of long distance phone calls, so it averages out. I can't tell the difference between this service and regular phone service as far as quality of voice. Has all the features like call ID, call waiting, 911 compatibility, modem has battery backup. The modem is connected to a phone outlet, so it powers all the phone outlets in your house. I recommend this service if you use enough long distance to justify it. I find that I call my family and friends a lot more now.
