North Central MO | Sorry you have had so much trouble. I'm not sharp enough to know if any of those things you mention could be a problem here or not. I used to strugle with dial up here and had my share of trouble downloading larger files. The avg free is a 17.4 mb file in size.
Do you have a friend close who could download it a burn it on a cd for you???
