Central NC		You can push batt to the outside wall plate and maintain the height, don’t know how you maintain depth with blow in

If something happens to ceiling, easier to repair

Will a wind storm redistribute the blown in?

I used some batts that were white colored and didn’t itch like the pink stuff, but been about 25 years ago
