Northeast Iowa		Thanks to everyone who responded.

Resolution was my demand to the contractor. Tracked him down to talk in person, perks of being in a small town.

I just won't deliver cabinets until it's grouted. Won't even give them an opportunity to skip over it. For the reasons given, it was important to me.
