Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Don’t think I would want cabinets over the tile period. Cabinets should set on the floor base then tile up next to them. I’m really surprised they have laid the tile but not grout them into place. I think the tile should go in after everything else is done.
Someday you might want to replace your tile. Yea, I know, tile is forever. I thought the same thing but after 29 years we are taking out some tile and replacing with new tile. Going to be tough with cabinets on top of the tile if you want to change someday. |
