I'm happy to share that my family has been building a new home and it is near completion.
My immediate question I need some advice on is this:
I have tile floor in my kitchen ans bathrooms, and my GC wants to install my cabinets over top of the floor. I think I want him to grout the floor, which has been ungrouted so far to "save the grout from construction mess"
Paint still needs thrown, and a few other things. But is there a reason I shouldn't request that at least the tiles under the cabinets get grouted before cabinets are set on top?
