Liquid oxygen bottles are bigger stainless steel bottles like you'd see for liquid nitrogen. I believe they are a lower pressure vacuum insulated flask, that is, the oxygen boils off to maintain it's temperature way below zero. There is no liquid oxygen in regular temperature bottles at 2,500PSI, all compressed gas.
