Memorials here are generally to the cemetery, or whoever the family requests, for example cancer research or hospice or something like that. I've never heard of memorial money going to a headstone



cemetery got 700 to dig grave. 300 to set the stone, did it wrong and charged another 300 to do it right. i am thinking that is enough to them.


I have never heard of Memorial donations going to a cemetary here. The cost of plot is put in a trust and pays expenses. If cemetary becomes insolvent the municipality maintains it
edit : wife wants to buy the stone setter a level as some real poor installations
