Black Hawk County, IA | We did one here years ago. Lot of work (labor), and takes time for the building to ‘resettle ‘. We pulled it in increments, then came back several days later and pulled some more. Spanned a month or so. Ask him how much $ the existing building is worth to him. Likely could remove and replace with a much more usable pole building for less money. But I get the sentimental attraction thing too. | |
