David, you got this absolutely wrong.

Healthcare repaired my mitral valve and stopped my heart swelling due to over exertion cause by valve leakage. This surgery was completed in 9/2020. My cardiologist projected without surgery I'd be dead in 18 months. In the time since, I have produced approx. $500k in cattle and hay sold. This in not huge but it not nothing.

Absolutes catch everyone from time to time, but in my specific case healthcare produced my extended life. For me that is a 'good' in more way than one.
