The bigger the deal the more the banker drools just like farmers drool over a lot of acres. Will do some amazing math to make it look like it works.
I've seen operations survive for many years by changing bankers with each new one letting them dig the hole deeper.
They all end the same way, the last banker gets stuck holding the bag and the farmer loses the ground.
