That price is way less than the cost of production + freight here.
The white corn deal is just like the any other specialty crop. If you grow a good crop there is 500 ways to reject it or discount it.
If it is a short crop you better honor your contracts.
I have seen guys blending white corn in with yellow to get rid of it.
Not to mention white corn can be hard to keep in condition.
