Absolutely, the ability of human beings to to survive in a variety of environments and a variety of diets is unmatched my any species. I guess if you want to go to the bible for your guidance it seems like there isn't much in favor of vegans. Catholic abstain from red meat during Lent not for our physical but our spiritual health. The fact that there are populations do exist that consume little or no meat only means that their diet allows them to get to the point of reproduction. I am past that point at 68. I hope to live a lot longer and maintain my health. I just seems like I have always felt better and avoided weight gain if I kept carb consumption low. Berry and Eades make perfect sense to me.
