Something I have not seen addressed by anyone is that maybe the climate that we live in dictates the diet that our bodies need.

The same variety of the same crop grown at two different elevations will have completely different nutrient compositions. Coincidence? Or is that what animals that live in those climates need? I don't believe in coincidence...

From what I am learning about vitamin D and how it works in our bodies, it seems like our dietary needs are different depending on how much sunlight we get each day.

High fat low carb in low sunlight, lots of fruits and veggies in 12+ hours of sunlight?

Kinda makes sense to me...
