Pic's are deceiving - so I'm assuming what i see is a level soil with clumps of new grass . . . . . If you can water it, you could start pouring the fertilizer to it. It will thicken it up and fill in by itself - but, that will take a couple, three months. I'd likely, rent a Harley rake on the back of a little compact tractor and till it up - then reseed and water. If you can get it done before Sunday morning, looks like just the right amount of rain to get it started and going.
